No. Our drone roof surveys do not include structural data. Despite our years of experience, structural surveys should always be conducted by a specifically skilled, trained and accredited surveyor. Your standard surveyor may have this scope, and could be instructed to inspect the structure when he/she carries out the standard internal survey.
Our parent roofing contractor company, like most, have a minimum charge of £280+VAT for any works, and must implement safety measurements such as scaffolding. Therefore, understanding your liability & negotiating with your vendor, whilst producing undeniable evidence of any liability is a snip at our survey prices.
